RELEASING YELLOW. Zamburiña infused with seawater and Japanese “aguachile”. Smoked sardine with yogurt, dried tomato and homemade pickles. “Tiradito del Empordán with nice and play of piparras.
ENTERING OPEN SEA. Small squid in its ink and seabed.
SEA IN. In the harpoon, sole and prawn in red broth.
OF THE SEA FUND. Grilled octopus with fried potato, yolk and kimchi.
WITH THE TASTE OF THE CAPTAIN. Foie, mango and mascarpone dice game.
OTEANDO EARTH. Sea and mountain of Pork and the king of the crayfish.
