How to redeem the gift voucher?
The gift voucher can be redeemed for a stay at any of our hotels, on any day of the year, as long as the selected hotel is available.
It must be used in a single booking, although depending on the value of the voucher, it is possible to combine stays at different hotels.
To redeem a gift voucher, the holder must contact us in advance by email at info@petitsgranshotelsdecatalunya.com, providing the selected hotel, reservation dates, room type or rate, etc. Petits Grans Hotels de Catalunya will confirm the reservation (subject to the hotel’s availability), and the holder will receive a confirmation email for the booking.
